RINGER is an Upper Austria family company with its headquarter in Regau (Vöcklabruck district).

There are local storehouses in Oeynhausen, Emmersdorf and Gratkorn.

The company was established on 10th September 1944 in Vöcklabruck by Mrs Stefanie Ringer and is family-owned since then.

The owners are Mr. Josef, Isidor and Franz Ringer, who is the managing director of the ringer company. Three brothers, Peter, Thomas and Markus Ringer are in leading positions and will follow their fathers.

1944 RINGER company started buisness with a forge.

1958 The first steel props are produced, followed by the production of items like scaffolding frames and similar products.

1961 Production of first scaffolds

1984 Distribution of a German formwork system.

1987 Development of the 1st Austrian aluminium formwork.

1992 Master formwork system in aluminium and steel.

1993 An increasing turnaround made it necessary to move to a new headquarter building in Regau with more space for production and warehouse facilities.

1997 The warehouse capacity in Regau is extended by 150%. Sales are developing dynamically from ATS 35 Mio. in 1987 to ATS 182 Mio. in 2000 due to the excellent marketing of our sales team and a fine network of service points. Export business has been the subject of special attention in the past few years. Our scaffolds and formworks are sold worldwid. There are commercial representations in Germany, Russia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Montenegro.

2001 Production, warehouse and offices have been extended by 80% because of dynamical growth of business and logistical needs. The branch office in Vöcklabruck is now closed.

2003 In consequence of an increasing rental renovating business RINGER expands its renovating capacity by 100 %.

2004 Launch of the new Master steel System with a height of 3.30 m. Ringer celebrates its 60 th anniversary.

2006 Market launch of a light steel formwork, ST 2000. Due to a rapid growth of the turnover we have to build a new production hall with 2.600 m²

2007 Markt launch of the new Ringer-table system.
